Elections for the Greek Marinas Association

 

The elections of the Greek Marinas Association were completed on Monday, October 20, 2025, with the election of 7 members to its Board of Directors.

In detail, the new composition of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Medical Association is as follows:

·Stavros KATSIKADIS – Marina Flisvou, PRESIDENT,

·Vasilios TEFAS – Cleopatra Marina, VICE-PRESIDENT,

·Konstantinos ASBESTIS – Marina Agios Kosmas, GENERAL SECRETARY,

·Ioannis KOUTSODONTIS – Marina Zeas, TREASURER,

·Antonios DROSOS – Kos Marina, MEMBER,

·Evangelos VLACHOS – Marina Alimos, MEMBER and

·Panagiotis PAPPAS – Aretsou Marina, MEMBER

During the meeting, key issues were discussed, such as the upgrade projects through the Recovery and Resilience Fund (RRF), the dynamic participation of the Greek Marinas Association in the World Marinas Conference (ICOMIA World Marinas Conference 2025) in Venice from October 15 to 17, and others.

The Board of Directors welcomed the new members of the Association, specifically, Benitses Marina and Messolonghi Marina, while in 2025, Megayacht Marina Corfu also became a member.

The Greek Marinas Association currently consists of 28 tourist ports/marinas with a total of 9,322 moorings for pleasure boats and represents approximately 73% of the organized moorings in our country.
