The establishment of ENSOFI S.A. marks a pivotal transition for TEMES S.A. as it evolves into a diversified multi-asset investment holding company. This restructuring signals the beginning of a strategic era of maturity and growth for the group, centralizing its operations under a new corporate umbrella. With a projected economic footprint of 10.5 billion Euros, this move is designed to enhance administrative agility, increase transparency, and streamline decision-making processes across its expanding portfolio.
Under the leadership of Chairman Achilleas V. Konstantakopoulos and CEO Farsin Walizadeh, the new entity derives its name from the pillars of Environment, Society, and Finance. This branding reflects a long-standing commitment to sustainable development and corporate responsibility. As part of this reorganization, TEMES S.A. will be rebranded as Costa Navarino S.A., focusing its expertise exclusively on the long-term strategic planning and development of the Messinia region.
A significant component of this transformation is the full acquisition of Panorama S.A. by Costa Navarino S.A., which consolidates the development of Navarino Hills under unified management. Beyond its roots in Messinia, the ENSOFI ecosystem includes high-profile investments in the Athens Riviera such as The Ilisian and projects within The Ellinikon. This strategic expansion broadens the group’s reach into a polycentric investment model that spans multiple locations and asset classes.
The scale of this evolution is underscored by its socio-economic impact. Currently employing 3,500 people, the group is projected to generate over 20,000 direct and indirect jobs over the next decade. By transforming from a single-destination developer into a sophisticated corporate organization with international reach, ENSOFI S.A. is set to redefine the Greek tourism landscape through institutional strength and long-term investment depth.
